Upon completion of The Talk & The Consultation we will assemble an elaborate design presentation based on your selected Design Aesthetic. This service makes your Renovation/ New Construction design process simple and efficient, as we quickly take the “Analysis Paralysis” aspect out of your project with Pre-Curated Design Selections.

What’s Included?

This Package will also include a 2D Floorplan & a 3D Model which will help you to visualize the new space. This service also includes the added advantage of a 30 minute Styling & Staging Session, which will help make your home even more comfortable, functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Package Includes the General Materials Selections for the space (Paint, Trim, Flooring), Material Selections for a Living Room Feature, Kitchen, Main Bathroom, and Powder Bathroom. Additional areas can be added to the package at an additional cost.
ALL OF THE ON-SITE ELEMENTS OF THIS SERVICE WILL BE FACILITATED VIA ZOOM FOR OUR E-DESIGN CLIENTS.
